CR786 may request identity verification at any point, including but not limited to when processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules. Available balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
All transactions on CR786 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden conversion fees. Your account balance, bet values, and winnings are all displayed and settled in PKR.

All bets placed on CR786 are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification or the bet appears in your bet history. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid regardless of any perceived stake deduction.
CR786 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds, at odds affected by a technical error, or in circumstances where the bet was placed using inaccurate or incomplete information on the platform. Winnings from bets voided under this clause will not be paid and the original stake will be returned.
Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series), football, esports, and other sports are offered with pre-match and in-play betting markets. In-play odds update in real time. It is your responsibility to confirm market details and event status before placing any bet. CR786 is not responsible for bets placed on markets you misread or misunderstood.
All casino games, slot machines, bingo rooms, and fish shooting games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game results are independently generated and are not influenced by CR786, the player, or any third party. Historical results have no influence on future outcomes in RNG-based games.
Void markets: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without completion, bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned according to the specific sport rules applicable to that market.
CR786 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are specified on each offer's dedicated page at the time the promotion is active.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 20,000 in eligible games before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are listed per promotion.
CR786 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonuses in combination with low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit terms, or withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Promotional terms may change at any time and current offers do not obligate CR786 to offer the same or similar promotions in the future.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on CR786 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use CR786 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon any breach of these Terms.
